The Talking Heads’ “STOP MAKING SENSE: A Film” live event will be coming to the Taft Theatre in Cincinnati on May 3.
The 1984 film features Talking Heads members David Byrne, Chris Frantz, Jerry Harrison and Tina Weymouth performing their most memorable songs at Hollywood’s Pantages Theater.
Considered by music critics to be the greatest concert film of all time, experience it in newly restored 4K to celebrate the film’s 40th anniversary. The live event will feature a public screening of the film, as well as an appearance by Talking Heads member Jerry Harrison.
Harrison will deliver commentary both before and after the film, as well as an audience Q&A.
Digital Disruption at The Comet will be more than just a night of music, but an overall experience, with performances by Cincinnati’s own Zac Lexa, Nineball, Fox the Paradox, Kae Savage and GrandAce.
